Graduated from the Detroit Public School system in the CAP program from Detroit Cooley High. Continued education at Michigan State University majoring in Construction Engineering.

Worked in majoring field after graduation at Walbridge Aldinger as a Project Engineer overseeing various construction projects. Continued employment at Ford Motor Company holding a number of capacities including Technical Maintenance and Construction Supervisor. Responsible for overseeing skilled trades as well as various construction projects. Generated and maintained project schedules, budgets and the overall construction project timelines ensuring all were met and under budget.

Furthered career in Landscape Constuction, an extension of Construction Engineering. Started Builders Direct & Property Maintenance repaving parking lots, designing retaining walls, radius walks and commercial landscaping. Builders Direct & Property Maintenance is a complete grounds performance and maintenance company. Doing so with professionalism, well-maintained equipment and uniformed properly trained technicians.
